Abu Shaker’s Affairs 98

Abu Shaker is a greedy person who maintains suspect relations with the occupation manifested in the sale of land to settlements in the vicinity of his village and trading in polluted water in a project that brings him big profits.

Abu Shaker has no scruples to stop “his” water supply to the villages if he were not elected in the municipal committee of his village. He did not consider his marriage to a 15 years old child a wrongdoing after he has lost most of his hair while the rest of it turned white. He deprived her of her childhood and forced her into a world of slavery. He deprived her of education, of work and even of the simplest of her rights to visit a physician when she was pregnant.

Abu Shaker appoints a scoundrel, armed with knives and chains, as a personal bodyguard to help him conduct his affairs. He is always prepared for a fight.
